Ellen E. Miller, owner and operating officer of the company, joined Creative Benefits Services, Inc. in 1985. She has been in the pension industry since 1980. She is a Certified Pension Planner with the National Institute of Certified Pension Planners. She served as President of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the National Institute of Pension Administrators and has been a member of the Board of Directors of the National Institute of Pension Administrators. Ellen is currently President of her Rotary club and is a former member of the Board of Directors of Executive Women's Network in Baltimore and is a founding member of a local ERISA Forum.
