Ellen is owner and operating officer of the company. An original partner, she has been at the helm of Creative Benefits since the company was started in 1985. She has been in the Pension industry since 1980. Ellen has served as the President of the National Institute of Pension Administrators (Mid-Atlantic Chapter) and on the Board of Directors of the National Institute of Pension Administrators for several terms. She is a former President of The Rotary Club of Glen Burnie and is a founding member of a local ERISA Forum.
